OGM Assessments
Roger uses OGM tools to deliver specific and accurate assessments. These assessments are are based on an individual answering approximately 80 questions that uncover the beliefs, thought processes, behaviors and skills that either support or sabotage sales success.
While a sales aptitude test shows what an individual knows about selling, this test demonstrates whether salespeople will execute what they know.
